Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows are also encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience is a plus, though not required
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative, student-centered approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability for working with diverse student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students across multiple age groups and grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy services—both group and individual sessions—to help students reach their communication goals
  • Offer guidance and resources to teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress in and out of the classroom
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to building an inclusive and supportive school culture
