- Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and progress tracking
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive instruction
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 58 elementary students
- Deliver targeted speech and language intervention to 3-5 year old non-English bilingual learners
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Regularly monitor and report student progress; adjust interventions as needed to meet goals
- Engage families in their child’s communication development and offer relevant resources
- Collaborate with educators to implement classroom strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
