Make a meaningful difference by supporting young learners' communication development in an elementary school setting. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for a Skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrives in a collaborative environment, working with children from ages 3 through 5th grade.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of 58 students, including 3- to 5-year-olds who are non-EBRO, as well as elementary-aged children in grades 1 through 5. Your expertise will help shape the educational journey for these students, empowering them with improved communication and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working within school settings preferred
  • Strong skills in assessing, diagnosing, and designing interventions for speech-language disorders
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students based on IEP goals
  • Deliver group and one-on-one interventions for students in the assigned caseload
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
