Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid, current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license.
- SLP-CCC credential and previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with caseload management in a high school setting.
- Bilingual abilities welcomed but not required.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to high school students within the district.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in student evaluations, eligibility meetings, and ongoing professional development.
This is a full-time position averaging 37.5 hours per week. The contract structure enables you to focus on what matters most—student milestones and personal skill growth.
