- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience supporting high school-aged students is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students with a range of communication needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to deliver integrated services in the school setting
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Support students’ academic and interpersonal development through effective communication intervention
