Qualifications:
- Valid and current Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in a school setting, with a focus on high school caseloads
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborating with educational teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach to supporting bilingual and diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in high school
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
This contract role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, aligning with the academic calendar through June 2027.
