Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Flint, Michigan

Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) considered
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Competency in developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to an elementary caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
