What you’ll bring:
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license (MI SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or teletherapy strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare SLP practices and IEP systems for special education
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage itinerant responsibilities, traveling between two local school campuses
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop, document, and maintain IEPs in coordination with school teams
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services individually and in group settings
- Attend team meetings, including contract reviews and occasionally board meetings
- Maintain compliance with all credentialing, background, and fingerprinting requirements
