Key Qualifications:

- Proven ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Strong skills in conducting comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Confident facilitator for ARD meetings and collaborative team discussions
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor an SLPA, ensuring best practices and quality outcomes
- Complete thorough speech-language evaluations for students in need
- Lead and document ARD meetings, collaborating on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Serve as a consultant and resource for staff regarding student communication needs
- Manage a full-time, 40-hour weekly onsite schedule across assigned campuses
- Focus exclusively on evaluations, supervision, and meetings—no direct therapy required
