School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Spring Lake, North Carolina

Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license required, or ability to obtain one before June or July (applications from out-of-state candidates welcomed)
- Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in educational settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school populations)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work onsite Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions in line with IEPs
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation of progress and services delivered
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adjust caseload and therapy models according to student needs and school assignment
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
