School Speech Language Pathologist - Raeford, North Carolina

What You’ll Need:
- Current, active Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina (candidates with licensure in another state must commit to obtaining NC licensure by the summer)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based SLP preferred
- Flexibility to manage a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to working onsite during regular school hours (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours a week)
- Open to travel professionals ready to relocate for the contract period
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K–12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure optimal learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
