Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Spring Hill, FL

Ideal Background & Required Skills:
- Valid MA Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy, preferably in schools
- Strong understanding of preschool and elementary caseload management
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized Occupational Therapy interventions onsite in school settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Assess students’ functional abilities and provide recommendations for classroom modifications
- Document progress, maintain compliance with district and state guidelines, and participate in related meetings
- Support students in developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and independence with school tasks
