Step into an engaging contract role supporting students as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for preschool and elementary-aged children. This part-time, onsite opportunity offers approximately 20 hours per week, providing services that help young learners reach their fullest potential within a school setting.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with pediatric populations and a strong understanding of school-based occupational therapy. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create a nurturing environment for children's growth and development.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy (MA OT) license required
  • Experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, ideally in schools or with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with preschool and elementary caseloads
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, teachers, and families
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt strategies to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions as outlined in IEPs
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom participation and success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide progress updates as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student outcomes
