Soliant has an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time contract in a school district near Live Oak, California. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication development. Candidates of all experience levels, including CFYs, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:

Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Licensing assistance available if needed
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
Education:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Experience:
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Work Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 37.5 hours per week

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
