Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic methods to diverse student needs
- Organizational skills and reliability
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments for students, identifying individual needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communicative goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student progress
- Maintain required records, reports, and progress notes in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
