Caseloads vary, typically 40–45 for virtual service delivery or 65–70 for in-person roles, with a primary focus on traditional speech/language interventions—most sites have minimal or no AAC device utilization.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC-SLP (for SLPs)
- School-based experience supporting K–8 populations strongly preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy for virtual or onsite delivery
- Openness to managing moderate caseloads across multiple school sites
- Bilingual skills welcomed, but not required
- Willingness to consider SLPA applicants for in-person roles
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in compliance with students’ educational plans
