Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for schools in Ohio
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Teletherapy proficiency a plus
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and ancillary staff
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy methods to deliver services
- Document ongoing progress, maintain case management duties
