Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sonoma, CA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a vibrant educational community near Sonoma, CA. We’re seeking two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to make a meaningful difference across multiple school sites for the full 2026/27 school year, from August 12th through June 2027.
In these onsite roles, you’ll embrace diverse challenges:
- One SLP will serve a middle school, working closely with students in three different Special Day Classes (mild/moderate and extensive support needs), along with those in RSP programs and general education settings.
- The second SLP will divide time between two elementary locations: supporting both general education students and students (grades TK-5) with extensive support needs, as well as providing services primarily within a general education environment.
What we seek:
- Valid California SLP License
- Current PPS Credential
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, or CFY status
- Familiarity with both general education and specialized support class models
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to work onsite across different school environments
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized communication plans
- Deliver direct therapy—individual and group—targeting student-specific goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with documentation, timelines, and IEP processes
- Participate in school staff meetings, inservice training, and IEP/504 meetings
