Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• ASHA certification a plus
• Previous experience within school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records aligned with school and district requirements
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services as indicated by student needs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with educational guidelines
