What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience (clinical or professional) supporting children or adolescents in educational environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and positive outcomes for students
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy interventions tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic and social success
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contributing to IEP meetings and participating in professional development as needed
