Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for California (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for students
- Develop tailored therapy plans and deliver engaging interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
- Provide both direct and consultative services, as needed
