Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - East Wenatchee, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple campuses
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Travel between 2-3 local school sites to provide itinerant services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions and student progress
- Contribute to team meetings and support a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Adapt interventions to meet students’ varying needs and abilities
