This full-time contract position, located near Smyrna, DE, seeks a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow/CFY) or Autism Specialist to provide vital therapy and support for learners from kindergarten through age 22. What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy, addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor skills, feeding challenges, and receptive/expressive language delays
- Conduct thorough diagnostic and evaluation assessments
- Generate insightful, clear reports following student evaluations and observations
- Develop individualized IEP goals and document student progress
- Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Work effectively with students aged 2–22, adapting approaches as needed for a variety of learning and developmental needs
What you’ll bring:
- Active or qualifying Delaware SLP state license (CFYs encouraged to apply)
- Experience with moderate to severe student populations strongly preferred
