School Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, Delaware

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver speech-language therapy, addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding challenges, and receptive/expressive language delays.
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluative assessments; compile detailed, insightful assessment reports.
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of IEP objectives to drive student success.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and staff to monitor developmental progress and identify areas requiring support.
- Adapt strategies and interventions for students across a wide age and ability range, including those with moderate to severe disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for a Delaware state license (SLP or CFY welcome to apply).
- Experience with students with moderate to severe disabilities is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
- Demonstrated flexibility and effective problem-solving abilities.
