Speech Pathology - Lubbock, TX

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, serving a diverse range of PK-12 students. With a manageable caseload of 60-85 students, shared with other SLPs, you’ll have abundant opportunities to grow your skills, exchange ideas, and provide high-quality service to those who rely on your expertise. Working closely alongside another dedicated SLP, you can count on team-driven solutions and mentorship as you settle into this dynamic environment—where your contributions truly matter.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active SLP license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience (school-based preferred) serving pediatric populations, PK-12
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and participating in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct therapy and assessment for students from pre-kindergarten through high school
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with local and federal guidelines
- Provide input to school-wide initiatives supporting student speech and language development
