Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Texas licensure as an SLP; CCC strongly preferred (will consider Clinical Fellows)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
- Comfort supervising SLPA/CFY if holding CCCs
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work across assigned schools when needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a caseload of around 60 students per week
- Evaluate student needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and set appropriate goals
- Provide therapy in accordance with IEPs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school administration
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports
- Supervise SLPAs or Clinical Fellows when indicated by credentials
- Adapt services between one or two school buildings as advised
