Speech Therapist in Shafter, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience with school-based caseloads, especially elementary age preferred
- Familiarity with SIRAS or similar IEP documentation systems
- Ability to manage a mild/moderate caseload independently
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to support and collaborate with Clinical Fellows (CFY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for students with speech and language needs
- Maintain compliant, accurate documentation in SIRAS
- Serve as case manager for speech-only students, including IEP meetings and parent communications
- Participate in school teams and consult with educators, parents, and administrators
- Contribute to a supportive and positive learning environment
