Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Sequim, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP License and ESA Certification required
- Experience in educational and/or healthcare settings
- CCC-SLP credential strongly preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy models
- Comfort and skill working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions both in-person and virtually as needed
- Collaborate effectively with educators, counselors, and families to support each student’s IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Serve as a resource for school staff, providing in-service training and support as appropriate
- Contribute to a positive school culture through advocacy, expertise, and a commitment to student growth
