Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Renton, Washington

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience providing SLP services in schools, healthcare settings, or pediatric environments
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, teachers, and other school professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, utilizing best practices for individualized success
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain clear documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the specific communication and learning needs of each student
- Provide consultation to teachers and families to maximize language and communication development in the classroom and at home
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
