Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Stevens, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and compliance procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and other support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and small group, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Document service delivery and progress in accordance with school and federal requirements
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and families to promote better communication outcomes in the classroom and at home
