Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Specialized experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy
- Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and documentation requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress reports
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate interventions into the classroom
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
