School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Auburn, Washington

- Active WA State SLP license/certification (CCC required)
- Clearance through OSPI fingerprinting (must be completed prior to start)
- Professional experience in a school-based setting (K-12 preferred)

- Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students with enthusiasm and care
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Providing direct speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Conducting thorough evaluations, developing IEP goals, and monitoring students’ progress
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing expertise as part of the interdisciplinary team
