Key Qualifications:
- Holds a current WA SLP license/certification (SLP-CCC required).
- Fully fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start date.
- Demonstrated school-based SLP experience.
- Comfortable working onsite, 37.5 hours per week, supporting a diverse K-12 population.
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educational teams.
Your Role:
- Conduct direct therapy, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage the delivery of speech-language services.
- Assess, diagnose, and create strategies tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain timely documentation, progress tracking, and reporting in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Act as an advocate for students, promoting accessible learning and communication opportunities.
