Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Washington SLP License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification for Washington
- Experience with school-based SLP services preferred
- Ability to provide proof of licensure and ESA at time of application
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
- Manage an elementary caseload of approximately 42 students and a secondary caseload of about 45 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student learning goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
