What You’ll Need:
- WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in person for the duration of the school year
Responsibilities:
- Manage and serve a caseload of up to 45 students (secondary) or 42 students (elementary)
- Provide direct therapy, assessment, and intervention tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
- Engage in ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams
