Speech Language Pathologist in Seguin, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to a diverse student population, including individualized and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable goals
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to maximize academic and social communication success
- Maintain accurate case files, service logs, and compliance documentation according to district and state regulations
- Educate and provide resources to teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and professional development activities as required
