What You'll Do
- Provide engaging, direct therapy services to students consistently throughout the traditional school year.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to support student success.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation for all services provided.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Washington SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain).
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is highly preferred.
