Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Seattle, WA
Soliant Education is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based opportunities in Seattle, Washington. There are currently six openings available, with both full-time and part-time schedules available to accommodate a variety of preferences.
Position Details:
- 6 SLP openings
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Assigned to 1–2 school sites maximum
- School-based setting

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
- Collect data and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff to support student communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible Washington SLP license
- Appropriate Washington school-based credentialing
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with evaluations, IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
