Soliant is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position within a Seattle, Washington school district. We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team for the current school year, and we are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to effectively diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored with student-centered goals.
- Deliver engaging, direct therapy services to students in both individual and small group environments.
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and the multidisciplinary special education team to foster student success.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding student progress and all services provided.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- An active Washington SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); however, Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also highly encouraged to apply!
