Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience will be considered
- Experience working in a school-based setting highly desired
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Competency with a range of speech/language intervention strategies and individualized education plan (IEP) documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and assessments for a diverse K–12 student population, in line with IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records for compliance and progress monitoring
- Contribute to a positive learning environment and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
