Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Washington State
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP role is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and adaptive problem-solving skills
- Passion for working with children and diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
- Adapt and modify materials as necessary to support student engagement
