Qualifications:
- Current IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement.
- Active IL SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students in alignment with their IEP goals.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records per state and district standards.
- Adapt to a caseload that may include up to 45 students, primarily within one site or across several as assigned.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and professional development.
