Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity involves providing speech and language services to a K–12 student population in a collaborative and supportive school-based environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
* $45-60 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* Full-time position
* K–12 caseload
* Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
* Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
