Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student needs and learning styles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
