Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Santa Rosa, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license; ASHA CCC or CFY supervision eligibility required
- Prior experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations ideal
- Comfort working across multiple sites and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
- Compassionate approach to working with students from various backgrounds and grade levels (TK-12)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 24-28 students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage cases, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support students with a range of communication disorders and collaborate with teachers and families
- Travel between schools in Sonoma and Marin counties as needed
- Offer consultative services and training to staff when appropriate
