Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license required
  • SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY both welcome
  • Experience in pediatric settings or with school-aged children preferred
  • Knowledge of best practices in school-based speech therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse PreK-5th grade caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and document student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Serve onsite across assigned school locations as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning
  • Maintain compliance with district and state SLP requirements
