Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP-CCC (Speech-Language Pathologist - Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with students in a school environment, especially K-12
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, assessment tools, and relevant state/federal regulations
- Adaptability to support a range of student abilities and caseloads
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and deliver engaging, individualized therapy plans for students from kindergarten through high school
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Travel between campuses within the district may be required
