Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license in California, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for eligible students
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports according to school and state requirements
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an expert in communication disorders
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that support student success in the classroom
