What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid licensure and certification as required by California regulations
- Experience working with school-age children, including evaluations and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Ability to create engaging, effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Passion for empowering students and supporting their educational and social success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Offer resources and guidance to teachers and families to foster carry-over of skills
- Travel between multiple school sites as required by your flexible schedule
