Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple locations and work with diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and identify students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and support services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and team conferences
