Qualifications:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) for the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, sessions, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication strategies
- Support a positive, inclusive environment that helps students achieve their communication goals
